Subsequently it is super secure and quiet. A single female could live here very safely. The cottage is about 100sqm (inside) + 130sqm (pool area and terrace) + 80sqm (double garage). Would suit international couple for summer. I'm looking for easy going tenants who will understand and accept that this is a 100 year old cottage and not a modern residence.
