6 Bedroom House to rent in Bordeaux

Details

Rarely does a property come along that solves the "where do we put everyone" problem quite like this one. Set on a single shared stand, this property offers three separate living spaces, ideal for a large family, multi-generational living, or a household with older teens who are ready for their own front door (even if it's still on the same property as Mom and Dad). House 1 - The Main Home Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath, one with a shower). One of the bedrooms has a fun surprise, a built in ladder leading up to a platform, a brilliant hideaway loft or play space for a child. There's a well proportioned kitchen and a generous open living area that works as a combined lounge and dining space, plus a fireplace for those Joburg winter nights. House 2 - The Updated Second Home A more modern two bedroom home with its own kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Perfect for older kids, grandparents, or extended family who want independence without leaving the property. The Cottage A separate, self contained one room cottage with its own bathroom (shower). Great as a guest space, home office, or additional independent living for a family member. Parking and Practicals Garage space for 2 vehicles (tandem, one behind the other) Two independently operating gates at the entrance. Open paved parking behind the gates for 4+ additional vehicles. Separate laundry room Domestic quarters Shared garden space. All in all: 6 Bedrooms 4 Bathrooms Separate laundry Domestics quarters Plenty of parking Please note: landlord is still doing some upgrades on the property.
